Bethel's president and owner is Daniel N. Terlecki. Mr. Terlecki has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University.
Bethel has obtained over 92 Million Dollars in construction financing from Red Capital Markets, State Savings Bank, National City Bank, Midland Mortgage, Bank of America and Fannie Mae. Permanent financing, totaling 33.5 Million has been obtained for these projects through Midland Mortgage, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, HUD under the 221-d4 program, and Franklin County Bond Program.
Bethel Development is in good standing with the Secretaries of State in Ohio, Arizona and New Mexico.
Bethel Development, Inc. maintains over 95% occupancy on each of its stabilized properties. All of Bethel's completed projects are current on their mortgage payments and payment of all expenses and have fully funded operating deficit accounts and reserves for replacement. Every project has positive cash flow; a testament to the prudent up-front financial analysis and operation of the properties.
