Bethel Development, Inc.

Bethel Development, Inc. was incorporated under Ohio law in 1994 in Columbus, Ohio. Its purpose is to develop, own and manage residential real estate.

Bethel Development has concentrated its efforts in the development of affordable housing. To date, Bethel has developed 35 affordable housing projects totalling 2,634 units.

21 of the projects are designed to address the needs of large families, while 14 of the projects are restricted for use by elderly tenants with various supportive service components. Bethel Development has formed partnerships with a number of non-profit entities specializing in housing on numerous projects.

Bethel has developed projects in Ohio, Arizona, and New Mexico. Qualcon Builders, LLC, a subsidiary of Bethel Development, Inc., is the general contractor. Qualcon is licensed in New Mexico, Arizona and Ohio.
