Qualcon Builders, LLC, an Ohio Corporation, was organized on September 8, 2005 to construct multi-family housing projects and light commercial buildings, as well as oversee residential construction services to clients that propose to build apartment units under the General Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.

Qualcon Builders, LLC has established itself as a quality driven, cost conscious construction company that delivers on time and as promised. Qualcon Builders, LLC is a licensed contractor in several states including Arizona, New Mexico and Ohio.

Through the use of computer-tracked scheduling and cost projections, Qualcon Builders, LLC is able to complete a project within the owner's time frame and at original contract amount. Every project manager is keenly aware of the necessity to coordinate the construction of the project with the leasing company's rent-up program. Quality assurance checklists developed by the company insure the highest construction standards resulting in tenant satisfaction rating above industry norms.

The Managing Member of the company is Daniel N. Terlecki. He has extensive experience in the construction industry. Mr. Terlecki is a civil engineer and has been involved with construction related companies for over 35 years. E. Lee Puckett is the Director of Construction for Qualcon Builders, LLC. Mr. Puckett has over 45 years experience in residential multi-family construction. He has also been involved in the development of many multi-family communities as well as the rehabilitation of distressed properties with his previous employer. Qualcon Builders, LLC offices are located at 201 Bradenton Avenue, as well.
